İMAMLARDAN KUR`AN ÖĞRETMENLİĞİ TALEBİ

Türk Diyanet Vakıf-Sen Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı`na yazılı başvuru yaparak din görevlilerinin taleplerinin karşılanmasını istedi. Sendika tarafından yapılan başvuruda Devlet memurlarının özlük-sosyal ve mali haklarında yapılacak bazı düzenlemeler ile ilgili bir torba yasa hazırlığı olduğuna dikkat çekildi. Söz konusu yasa tasarısında din görevlilerinin taleplerinin karşılanmasının istendiği başvuruda Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığında görev yapan Kur`ân Kursu Öğreticilerinden şartları tutanların kadrolarının "Kur`ân Öğretmeni" olarak değiştirilmesi istendi. Yapılan başvuruda Devlet Memurları Kanununda bir değişiklikle Kadroları Din Hizmetleri Sınıfına dahil olanlardan en az dört yıllık dini yüksek öğrenim mezunlarının ek ödemelerinde iyileştirme yapıldığına dikkat çekildi. Söz konusu düzenleme ile aynı camide görev yapmakta olan ve unvanları ile yaptıkları iş aynı olan, ancak diplomaları dört yıllık yüksek öğrenim olsa da, dinî öğrenim olmayan Diyanet çalışanları arasında diploma ayrımcılığı yapıldığı düşüncesi ile huzursuzluğa sebep olduğuna vurgu yapıldı. Bu durum "Eğitim ve Öğretim Hizmetleri Sınıfı" emsal alınarak ek gösterge uygulamasında "Diyanet Çalışanı" esas alınarak mağduriyetin giderilmesi istendi. Başvuruda Memurlara Yapılacak Giyecek Yardımı Yönetmeliğine Müezzin-Kayyım unvanının eklenmesi ve murakıp" kadrolarının "il müfettişi" olarak değiştirilmesi de talep edildi.
